Landscaping and xeriscaping
From bare dirt to a yard you use.
New builds, tired old yards and everything between. We grade, plant, rock and water it as one job, so the landscape and the irrigation are planned together instead of fighting each other.

What we do
- 01
Grading and prep
Getting the ground shaped and draining away from the house before anything goes on top of it.
- 02
Sod and seed
A lawn put in right, with the water to keep it alive through its first summer.
- 03
Trees and shrubs
Planted at the right depth and put on drip, so they make it through the first two seasons.
- 04
Xeriscaping
Rock, native grasses, junipers and drip. A yard that looks good in August on a fraction of the water.
- 05
Beds and edging
Clean lines between lawn, beds and rock, so the yard looks finished and stays that way.
- 06
Irrigation built in
Because we do sprinklers too, the water for every new bed and tree is part of the plan.

How it goes
- 1
Walk the yard
We look at the ground, the sun and the water, and listen to how you want to use the space.
- 2
Plan and price
You get a clear plan of what goes where and what it costs.
- 3
Build it
We do the work, start to finish, and water it in.
Straight answers
Questions we get
What is xeriscaping?
Landscaping built to need little or no extra water: rock, mulch, native and drought tolerant plants, and drip irrigation instead of spray. It suits our dry summers.
Can you landscape a brand new build?
Yes. New construction is a big part of our work. We plan the grading, the sprinkler lines and the landscape together so nothing gets dug up twice.
Do you plant trees?
Yes, and we put them on drip so they get established.
