    A lot of the valley floor drains fast. We set run times and head spacing so water soaks in where the roots are instead of running through, and we keep you off the every-day-for-an-hour schedule that wastes it.

    A new house on bare dirt needs grading, sprinklers, sod or seed, and maybe a patio, in the right order. We plan the pipe before the landscape goes in, so nothing gets dug up twice.

    On a system tied to the house water, the backflow device sits above ground and is the first part a hard freeze cracks. A proper blowout clears it along with every zone.
